Who we are
I'm Roxana, owner of Garden Picnic Company LLC. I'm a Software QA Engineer located in Boston, Massachusetts. I'm a mom of two little ones. We love picnics ourselves so much, that came up with the idea of offering the same to other families and friends, to help celebrate special dates in their lives. We do all the set up and cleaning, so you can fully enjoy your event.
From flower design, table styling and experiences for all your events including elopement, proposal, anniversary, birthday, bridal and more!
I am happy to announce that I will be adding workshops and special events at the studio this year!
How it works
Send us an email with all the details of your upcoming event (budget, number of guests, desired location, special requests) Then, one person of our team will contact you either by email or phone and send you a proposal for services.
We strongly recommend booking your event with at least 2 weeks in advance. We can accommodate parties of up to 30 people. To reserve your date, and right after the location has been discussed, we require 50% on the date of booking, and the remaining 50% 48 hours prior to the event.
Payments can be made securely online, via Venmo or Square POS.
You will sign a contract electronically.
Date of the Event
We arrive to your selected location one hour earlier and we do all the set up. Umbrellas, rugs, throw pillows, tables, decoration, teepee are set up. We include bottles of water (still or sparkling) with all packages.
Interested in floral design? We pick our flowers from a local farm and make our bouquets and arrangements.
You can enjoy your beautiful picnic with your loved ones or friends for up to 2 hours, and then we will come back to pick up and clean, so you don't need to do anything at all. If you would like extra hours, there is a $130 charge per extra hour. (Please check before for availability)
Please note you are responsible for all of the items until we come back to pick them up. If you feel you need to end the picnic earlier, or due to the weather, please do let us know as soon as possible.
