1. Garden Picnic Company LLC is a small company and sadly is unable to offer refunds or alternative dates of Workshop or other bookings should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason. Planning for an event that is also an immersive experience is a long and detailed process leading up to the date, we kindly ask that you confirm all of the logistics for attending to avoid needing to cancel for any reason. Garden Picnic Company LLC cannot be held liable to situations beyond its control, including to but not limited to inclement weather, acts of God, federal and local states of emergency. 

2. For all flower design workshops, included in your purchase are all the tools and blooms necessary for the designs we are creating unless otherwise stated in the course description. A small gallery of images from the day will be emailed and are yours to use as you like, but not for resale in any format. It is understood unless otherwise stated by you prior, that Garden Picnic Company LLC and the event photographer have the right to use all images in marketing and social media.
